left sided chest pain, arm pain, muscle numbness

I have been having chest pain, arm pain, neck pain, back pain, off and on for years,   last few years I have also had numbness, in legs feet, hands; A doctor told me after this that I had a heart murmur (I never had before) one hand turned purple after working with things in the refrigerator. I also have had severe muscle cramping, The emergency tech said I was dehydrated but was loaded with fluids (I drink more then enough) the emergency room doctor did test on my legs for the pain, blood work, My entire body shut down just before I went to the emergency room, leg cramps got so bad I blacked out and intestinal track seemed nut to fully start up again. At the hospital they couldn't find anything wrong. an hour later or so the gas pains became server from (I guess from the none movement in the intestines) they just sent me home.  I have been to doctors, emergency rooms, Had test done cat scan, blood work, No one can find anything wrong now I have no insurance and unable to work. I have chest pain now, right side of sternum above nipple level. I use to get a catch in my throat that caused a small cough and a miss heart beat. since the pain is worse that seems to have gone.  I also have a feeling of crawling in my veins, pain behind my left eye, some times stabbing.  I also get eye pain, vertigo, n/v to sodium sulfide, preservative in dry fruit (apples) and to other foods, with I think preservatives in it. like real lemon lemon juice. problems to vitamins that cause neurophysiology problems like warm water sensation on leg. can't eat night shade foods, They cause intestinal/urology problems including corn oil, corn syrup, citric acid from corn. Chocolates cause the cramping smooth muscle problem it seems. through out  my body. But I hadn't had chocolate for a very long time maybe even years. I just started eating some that seemed to clear up the numbness in my legs and feet and swelling in my legs. But the stomach discomfort gets worse with chocolate may be the emulsifiers. Eating nuts cause stools to be very light colored, beige or lighter.  I have pain in my neck for years swollen glands, Had blood work done for this yeas ago but no one found anything that was wrong or told me anything was wrong.   I have infected teeth that started in a front tooth decades ago when in my 20's tried t get it taken care of with no help it just has moved a crossed the top jaw from one tooth to the other till over 30 years it has caused a need for 3 teeth to have root cannals when no cavities were present. and is now under and around the 4th tooth. the 5th tooth cracked and had to be pulled but the space becomes infected under the gum now if I eat any sweets. I have a loose crown on a cracked tooth on the other side of the upper jaw, that never was able to be put on properly for years. When I go to doctors they dont have answers and I dont have any more money for all the test they want to do, that have been turning up normal.  just yesterday I developed a vibrating feeling around my right ankle, I never had this before.
