left ventricl septum
my echo result :-IAS IVS intact, left ventricl septum thicness 11.7 . Aortic valve PV-2.01m/s & pulmonary valve PV-1.25m/s.what does it mean?

IVS intact (no holes between chambers)  Septum thickness (11.7mm or 1.17cm) this is normal.   Aortic valve PV is peak velocity of 2.01 m/s and PV velocity 1.25 m/sec.   These are normal.   Were you worried about something-- how was the rest of the report?
