leg cramp sensations in right leg

leg cramp sensations in right leg

Not sure what category this falls under, but the past few weeks my right leg has felt very "giddy" which gave rise to a feeling that my leg was about to fall asleep, what I would call cramping, but not muscle cramping -- it feels like there is a circulatory obstruction. My leg never actually falls asleep or tingles, but it's that feeling right before one would get the tingles. This occurs when sitting down for long periods, goes away when I stand up, but then returns rather quickly. The "giddy" feeling comes and goes as well. I'm wondering what this could be attributed to. I'm worried it could lead to a blood clot/pulmonary embolism or thrombosis. This hasn't ever happened to me in my life. I'm 26, good health, eat well, I do get stressed at work though. I also get cold hands and cold feet quite regularly. Curious as to what this could be. Thanks.
