It is probably worth getting this looked at, as Flycaster correctly says. A blood clot can be very serious indeed. Apart from restricting vessels in your leg, it can break free and end up somewhere life threatening.
Leg pain can occur after an Angio procedure and my fifth one my leg was very stiff and painful to move. I also felt slight tingling in my foot. I gave it 24 hours from the procedure and then did a lot of gentle walking which really helped with the problem. I must emphasise the word 'gentle' though.
I wouldn't delay, I'd get it examined at once. Once the issue is resolved, I hope you let us know what happened.
