leg pain

by rachie204, Dec 19, 2007 03:47PM
I was fine sunday and then monday yesterday and today I have had VERY sore hamsrings( back of my thighs)  It feels like I have worked out for hours.  I work out almost daily but have not in the past 2 weeks or so.  There have been other times I have taken time off from the Gym and didnt experiance pain like this so I dont think it is related.  Also it is in both legs and I have bruises on both of them.  I have no idea what is making them feel like this.  2 days ago I was in the shower and sort of zonned out for a minute....I sorta forgot where I was and what I was doing for a second.  I have had one or two mild chest cramps.   Any ideas of that this could be?

are you on any medications ? (per zonned out feeling in shower)  and itching feelings soreness ??
or did you take any type of pain pills or over the counter meds ?  could be a interaction with otc meds or ?  if no meds - and you had swelling sorness in ankles or back of legs - then chest cramps
and forgetting and getting zoned out feeling..  it could be a heart issue  , but may not be at all.
as im no Doctor !   but would think it wise to go and see a Doctor and get checked out to be safe.
at least you would know, what is going on with the legs and cramps and mind deal..  for peace of mind ..

I know myself being on b.p meds daily, I have times where I zone out , from the meds and cant help it !  as well I get pains and get itching sometimes .. as the meds cause alot of unwanted side effects
to happen.

hope that can help you..
good luck and take good care.

thanks.  I am not on anymeds.  I think the pain may have been caused by a wearing some new shoes.  Someone mentiond the shoes to me and I am pretty sure that is what caused it.  It I have anymore trouble though I will go see a doctor.

Oh Yes  the new shoes ,  its good your not on any medications -  well tight shoes can cause itching for sure, and pains in the feet and sometimes in the legs, blisters .. so on
sweating , even swelling in some areas of the feet.   as far as the zooned out feeling
in the shower,  couldnt be the shoes !  as who wears shoes in the shower ?  and chest pains ?  from new shoes, I dont think so..    well at least your on the right track , if you have any more pains or problems .  maybe that doctor can help you find a safe and
good shoe to wear , that wont cause any problems for you ?
as alot of doctors know about good shoes !
