lopressor--change in taste and feeling

I too take lopressor and have now for a short peirod of time (3 weeks) but have taken Toporol- XL (brand not the cheaper version) and with Lopressor, I too have a feeling of ...bland tounge or a burnt type feeling when it comes to tatsing foods. It seems that I can eat some of the same things I always have and can't taste it or it seems bland ..... also I get figity and easliy angered if I miss a dose or take a late dose due to being at work or out somewhere like the mall. does anyone else expirence this easily aggravted over things that never would aggravate you before?
