During and after areobic exercise my core body temperature drops sometimes as low as 92.6. Normally my temp is 97.6. I also get very clammy cold skin on my face and neck while exercising. I have seen an endocronologist and my metabolism appears to be okay. I have these symptoms affect me in all types of air temperatures and oftem my legs will get so cold they ache. I'm at a loss of where to turn for help, any suggestions? The exercise that has brought on the lowest body temperatures for me has been using my Nordic Track and hiking outdoors....thanks for your help, Nina. I posted this message on the General Forum and they suggested I re-post this message here.
