low diastolic pressure
My normal diastolic pressure is 55-65.  Systolic varies from 120 to 155.  What can I do to lower my pulse pressure?

You can start a blood pressure medication, or begin by exercising aerobically, 3-4 times per week. Restrict your dietary salt intake, and adhering to the DASH diet also has been associated with decreasing systolic blood pressure.

Except for the DASH diet, which is not an option, I am already doing the things you suggest.  Thanks.
