low diastolic pressure

My normal diastolic pressure is 55-65.  Systolic varies from 120 to 155.  What can I do to lower my pulse pressure?

Except for the DASH diet, which is not an option, I am already doing the things you suggest.  Thanks.

You can start a blood pressure medication, or begin by exercising aerobically, 3-4 times per week. Restrict your dietary salt intake, and adhering to the DASH diet also has been associated with decreasing systolic blood pressure.
