low heart rate with high blood pressure

I am on BP medicine for last 15 years,NOW i am taking Telmisartan 40 mgBD, metrlopolo xl 25mg BD,S,numlo 2.5 mg OD,ramipril 10 mg BD.I am also taking blood thinning medicine. My blood pressure is not getting under control and its remains within limit of 170-154(S) ,98-90(D).
My heart rate has started going down to 50 from 64. I am also diabetic and I am on medicine for the same like amryl 2mg per day.
Could you please tell me way to control BP as i walk nearly 4 to 5 miles every day and i have no problem in walking. My blood pressure came to 120/80 when i took medicine for enlarged prostate initially. Now this medicine also does not control my BP.
HELP PLEASE
