lump in upper inner thigh after surgery

I developed a lump in my upper inner thigh of the same leg my vein was grafted from.  What could this be?  It is very painful to bend my leg.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I would schedule an appointment with your surgeon so that he/she can examine you leg. There are many potential things which could cause this type of thing - small fluid collection, scar tissue around some of the suture material, infection, etc.
