lungs sarcoidosis

i have been dignosed with lung sarcoidosis, i take advair and blood presure medication, i do exercise and watch my diet, but i caugh a lot and don,t have energy and have a lot of muscle pain. could somebody tell me how can i get more energy and less caughing, thanks

Sarcoidosis is a hereditary immune system disease.  The Sarcoidosis Foundation is finding out that more than one gene is responsible, but have not yet pinpointed which ones.  Sarcoidosis happens when a poison, virus or bacteria enters the body and the immune system overreacts.  The Sarcoidosis will get better over time and then you may have flare ups for the rest of your life.  Predisone happens by shrinking.  Sarcoidosis creates a lot of scar tissue.  My mother had lymphnoid sarcoidosis which she found out through an x-ray at the Chriopractors.  Her lungs were full and she did not even know it.  She was not coughing.  Sarcoidosis can affect the skin in about 20% of the people diagnosed with it.  Most of the time is affects the lungs in 80% of the people diagnosed with it.  Ask your doctor about Predisone to get you through this period.
