lvh mild conc.

one year back i had an eco test in which it was normal no LVH, all wall motion normal, but recently in a camp that was organised in our office for health checkup the eco was done and result was mild LVH, where as i am not having too much high BP it is the range of 110-120 with 25mg revelol xl,  my question is , can it be changed in one year from normal to mild lvh even when i am on medication? ane one thing more the earlier test were perform by the doctors and this camp test was done by assistant to doctors?  pl suggest me the further step? i am worried.

I would question WHO is really running the test and how qualified that person was!

I would just schedule another echo to be safe. These things don't change too quickly and the most import thing is to see if it's still getting worse and determine the underlying cause. Also, different labs have different standards for mild LVH. I have seen labs use 1.0 cm, 1.1 cm and others use 1.2 cm while a doctor on this forum  told me 1.3 cm so it really depends on the lab as well.
