medications causing birthdefects?

Hello,
My name is Krystal I am 19 years old and I just recently got married. I am planning on getting pregnant in a few months. But, I have had 2 open heart surgeries. A murmur at birth. A balloon done when i was 3. And heart surgery when I was 6 months, 6 years old. I have a mitral valve replacement.
I take citalopram, diaezpam, warfarin, atenolol, singular, and ambien. If I were to get pregnant while on these will there be birthdefects? Or if I do get pregnant can I stop taking these medications and still be in the clear with my childs and my own health?
