Mild, trivial, trace are references to a valve leak.  It is almost never causes any symptoms and seldom progesses.  Not an uncommon finding and many individuals have the minor leakage.  This happens because the leaflets that close over the valve opening do not close as tightly as a valve that has no leakage.  There is a scant loss of blood that would normally be pumped into circulation if there wasn't any leakage.  There is no treatement and considered medically insignificant.

Hope this helps and if you have any further qestions you are welcome to respond.  Thanks for sharing.  Take care.
