mild mitral regurgitation

My mother was diagnosed for acute coronary syndrome .Her TROP I test was weakely positive and ECHO showed mild mitral regurgitation.She is not Diabetic but presently is hypertensive.Her lipid profile is also within limits.Is their any further investigation required.kindly suggest.

Mild mitral valve regurgitation is considered medically insignificant.  Hypertension can be due to occluded vessels, and if there is a symptom of chest pain, shortness of breath, etc. a perfusion stress test would be appropriate.
