mild smalll vessel heart ischemai

I have very mild heart ischemai and my pshy dr put me on adderall (adderrall).iread if u have heart probelems u shouldnt take adderall (adderrall)...my heart dr knows im on it and said nothing...i dont reallyeven know what ishemia is...im on no heart meds,but lateky i have right shoulder neck face pain and a pain behind right breast,,sometimes its on the left side it changes i went tiheart dr he said my heart is ok,,but iim scared of this pain he feeels its muscual skelatal pain and put me on ibuprpfen..In the past two years i have had the nucleasr stress tests,ekgs holter moninter,echogram and he assuures me my heart is fine..i do have bad anxiety and i guess im abit scared of the adderall (adderrall) im alsoon xanax and prozac.can anyone explain smal  vessell ischeamia and if i should worry

Hi there hazyworld.
I have Microvascular Heart Disease.  This is the correct name for small vessel ischemia (aka Syndrome X).

Microvascular Heart Disease is a serious condition in which the tiny blood vessels that surround the heart do not receive enough blood flow (ischemia) which results in angina.
