mild tr

i was having a breathing problem for last 7-8 years .for treartment i went to patel cheat institute in delsi.
there i was suggested for an ECG which has some errors in it . after viewing it they immidiately reffered me to GB PANT hospital in delhi. there they sggested me an echo which has traces of mild tr .
what should i do now.
doctors has prescribed me with a regular dose of inderal 10 mg .
in past years i have suffered from extreeme and momentus pain in left upper chest which itself dissappears in 15-20 seconds.sudden increase in B.P is adjoined with it. even i has been admitted in iccu for complaints of sudden high b.p of upto 160/110.with bleeding for nose. nose bleeding is very normal for me in my childhood and even now it occurs once or twice a year.
plz suggest something for me.
my age is 20 rite now
