mild valvular regurgutation

hi im a female and 23 years old..asian.
.i want to ask about my having a strong palpitations with abnormalities in beat and rhythm.
i suddenly felt this palpitations last Saturday aug 28 2011 and it consistently continued on the following day.

im having PVCs and the echogram says normal left ventricular dimension with adequate contractility and systolic function
aortic regurgutaion +1
mitral regurgitation mild
tricuspid regurgitation mild
normal pulmonary arterial pressure with pulmonic regurgitation
it says in the doppler that abnormal color flow display noted accross the mitral,aortic,tricuspid and pulmonic valves.

i feel very mild dizziness and nausea, no head ache, O2 sat is 96 to 98.i dont feel any weakness just the strong palpitaions continuosly..

i was confined to the ccu for monitoring and  was given premixed lidocaine and metoprolol for my tachycardia...yes, i have tachycardias too.. my pulse is irregular too..

i was discharged yesterday but i still have the palpitations..

what food will i take and avoid.. what activities shuold i avoid.. will it get worse over the years..

by the way im having bad colds and cough, hospital acquired so im taking carbocesteine and vit c..

pls help me..  thank you..

MVP(mitral valve prolapse) is the most common cause of mild MR, but your echo report does not mention it. Rheumatic heart disease is very common in Asia did you have RDH diagnosis in the past ?. Mild MR if pulmonary artery pressures are normal does not pose any immediate problem, but you may need medication to control your rate and rhythm. See any good cardiologist in your area and inquire as I mentioed earlier.
