You appear to be in very good cardio condition based on what you state in your post. The CT angio images the anatomy of the coronary vessels, and provides views of the 3 layers of the vessel and if there is any soft plaque between the layers. There is a calcium score that provides a numerical value representing the degree of soft plaque. Soft plaque can rupture into the vessel channel and cause a heart attack.
I had CT scan several months ago and my score was a total of over 1000 which indicated I am at a high risk for a heart event within a year...that was over a year ago and no problems. You appear to have some minor lesions, but nothing of any significance.
If you don't have any symptoms, why was there a treadmil stress test? I have had Bruce Protocol Method with treadmil test, and I was unable to complete after 7 minutes...represents about 7.0 Mets. I work out on the treadmil 3 times a week at 4.5 Mets, but I have a heart condition and take a nitrate prior to workout.
Thanks for sharing and take care.
