misdiagnosed with anxiety depsite elevated Triponins, significant Tortous LAD artery & mild pulmonary hypertension

48yr female (ex smoker), normal weigh, with significant family history for early CAD. went to ER with center chest pain, pain in both arms & shoulders, elevated BP of 157 (very high for me) 2 ECG;s normal. Standard trreatment of nitro, morpine, heparin drip, BP meds. chest xray normal
LABS: Triponin I levels initially came back as normal (0.01) 2nd positive at 0.547, 3rd (after heart catherization) at 2.28. Ck normal, CKMB (9 High, ref 0-6), D-Dimer 350 (high, ref <257) Trig 96 & LDL 78 (normal) HDL 45 (low)
Cardiac catherization revealed trivial atherosclerotic CAD, Significant tortuous coronary artery LAD, possible shallow bridging from the proximal to mid LAD.
Echo: EF 60-65%, Mild tricuspid regurgitation, mild mitral regurgitation, Right ventricular systolic pressure 37.1 mmHg (mild pulmonary hypertension) and normal pericardium.
released 12 hours later. sent home bp medicine, and statin. Followed up with cardiologist 7 days later who increased blood pressure medicine since charting showed it to be elevated over 140 & told to come back in 2 weeks.

10 days after 1st event, after relaxing morning started feeling chest tightness, followed by tingling/numbness in left arm. Blood pressure measurements that morning were going upward to 157 Dis,  Husband immediately took me to hospital (5 minutes away). ECG normal, 3 Triponins normal, CT scan w/contrast negative (done 7 hours later), chest xray normal. This cardiologist at ER told me all my tests were normal and that I had little to no cardiac risk, and didn't believe the 1st event 10 days ago was a heart attack (as previously thought by 1st doctor) or even related to any cardiac problems, and that I was obviously suffering from anxiety issues.

I will say that I was anxious after feeling the chest and arm pain (on the 2nd event) since I believed I was having a 2nd heart attack. I also got agitated after the doctor (who I had never met) came into the room and started telling me that there was nothing wrong with me and that I was suffering from anxiety. I had even told him about the problem I was having with serious shortness of breath upon slight exertion (like going up stairs) and he just blew it off saying I needed to take anxiety medications and sent me home.

I am still having problems with shortness of breath and High blood pressure. I don't know what to do next. Am I crazy?

It might be coronary spasms.  I was diagnosed with them about 5 years ago.
