Yogesh,

Sorry to hear about your recent problems. Bicuspid aortic valve is a common congenital heart anomaly that occurs when the two of the cusps of the aortic valve are fused together. As a result, the valve has 2 cusps instead of 3 cusps. This can lead to problems such as heart failure, passing out or chest pain. A proportion of people also can have what is known as a coarctation. This means that the main pipe which leads from the heart and supplies the body with blood has a narrowing in it that increases blood pressure. If you have a coarctation, no matter how many blood pressure medications you try you will be unable to get your blood pressure under control.

I would suggest that you be seen by a cardiologist at a center which specializes in cardiac surgery. The cardiologists there will be able to better evaluate your bicuspid valve.
