mital valve and swine flu mist

i have mitral valve prolapse ans tricuspid regurgitation, can i safely get the h1n1 mist or should i wait on the h1n1 shot?

I looked and looked but all I found was that people with "heart disease" should be vaccinated. According to one little bit I found on Mayo Clinic site it said:

The flu vaccine that is given by nasal spray (FluMist) isn't recommended for people with heart disease because it's made with live virus that can trigger flu symptoms in people with heart disease.

This isn't specifically referring to the H1N1 mist however. And I don't know if MVP is considered heart disease.

If you look at the top of the page there's a notice about a Health Chat next Tuesday about the swine flu. That would be a great time and place to ask this very question.
