mitral regurgitation

mitral regurgitation

Hi.  I have had an ECG last July of 2007 because I was having shortness of breath from time to time and the diagnoses were RBBB and LPFB.  I was advised to have my 2D echo done and these were the results; trace mitral regurgitation, mitral annual calcification, abnormality in RA-RV gradient.  An ectopy was noted.  The LVEF is 55-65%.  There was a trace MR and TR.  I am just worried because of some abnormalities noted.  Can I ask for a medical advice regarding my condition?  Can I also know the cause of the thickening of the mitral leaflet?  I have also had my laboratory done and these were the results triglycerides 2.68 mmol/L, HDL 0.76 mmol/L, VLDL 1.23 mmol/L, CHOL/HDL ratio 7.20.  Thank you.
