more blacking out

Four months ago my ten year old daughter with heart disease was blacking out when she got up fast.  I had also noted slow heart rate at that time.  You here at the heart forum advised me to get in touch with her cardiologist, which I did.  The doctor also noted bradycardia in the office and on a holter.  He recommended higher salt intake and three gallons of fluid daily.  All has been okay for a while.  The night before last she ran down the hall at home.  She started to black out so fell onto her bed.  She said everything went black then.  I checked on her a moment later and found her weak on the bed.  Her heart was pounding and her pulse was 54.  She has seemed weak and tired since, lying around and falling asleep several times yesterday, although she says she feels okay.  She went to school today.
Do you think this latest event is just more of the same thing she already has or something new?  Although she has increased her fluid, she really never manages to drink three gallons in a day.  Do you think that would make a big difference?
Again I thank you for all your help and support.
Bev
