mvp leaky valves and calcification aortic valve

I am 51 f, found to have slight mvp with mild regurg, also mild regurg in tricuspid valve, pulmoanry valve, ans slite calcification of aortic valve some thivckeking  my EF is 75% My dr does not seemend concerned, i have a checkup every 6 months,,  notice some short of breath  but salso have asthma  sometimes hard to tell if its my heart or the asthma with the SOB, should i be worried at this point,,I appreciate some help please, and advice,,  thank you all,

Your shortness of breath isn't related to your valvular disease.  So I wouldn't be concerned that and it's probably your asthma that's acting up from time to time.  I am concerned about the EF that so supernormal.  Do you also have a history of high blood pressure.  Make sure your doctors looks at the echo carefully to rule out hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can be associated with supernormal EF's and shortness of breath with exertion.
