mvp with murmur and resting heart rate of 49

Yearly exam's EKG indicated a heart rate of 49. I was also told that there was some electrical blockage on left side. I am 57 female who exercises regularly. Also, I quit smoking 5 months ago. But lately I have been very tired all the time.  Was sent to cardiologist to follow up with stress test and echo. Cardiologist discovered heart murmur on left side. He is thinking it is mvp related, and I probably have an atheletes heart so not to worry. I also have had chest pain over many years but no one can explain why other than just stress related. Won't have tests for three more weeks. My question is : would mvp explain tiredness, low heart rate, electrical blockage, and chest pain? I hate to have to wait 3 weeks to get an answer.
