my cardiac ct results, confused
I had a cardiac ct with calcum scoring 1 week ago. The report stated that I had a calcium score of 0 - no coronary artery disease but it was also noted that the there was poor visualization of the right coronary artery and that it appeared small and non dominant. It stated that while all my other vessels were unremarkable that due to poor visualization they couldn't rule out small right coronary artery vs. an occlusion proximally. I have a follow up appointment with my cardiologist on Jan 12. Does anyone have any experience with this? will I end up having to have a heart cath? I am 43 years old with not risk factors except family history of heart disease in my father. I began to have arm discomfort and jaw achiness 1 month ago. I had passed my stress test but since I was still having pain my cardiologist ordered the cardiac ct. He told me he was sure this wasn't my heart but  wanted to ease my fears. Now I'm more scared than ever until I see him again. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Kathy
