Results from a test my cholesterol at 97 abnormal
hdl at 33
triglycerides at 95
any hind sights on this would be of great help.
Any known systems or common systems in regards.

So your total cholesterol is 97? That's great. Triglycerides should be at 150 or below so your your number is fine. You can bring up your HDL, the good cholesterol. Did'nt they check you LDL, the bad cholesterol?

Based on your numbers, I calculate your LDL at 57, which is very good. I would work to raise your low HDL, everything else is fine. Exercise works well as does Niacin, but do not start a new supplement or exercise routine without discussing it with your doctor.

Eve with a low HDL, you TC/HDL ratio is good. Having such a low LDL makes your low HDL less of a risk, but it still should be around 40 or better.
