my troponin 1 level was <0.05 ng/ml

Is this normal or what

It's also important to look at the trend. If your level is 0.01 on arrival at the hospital, it could rise to 1 within 12 hours which is why it's important that the test is done again. If it turns out to be the same after 12 hours, then you are usually fine.

Your number of less than .05 is fine. Some labs show your number as normal, others use .01. As long as your doctor has checked your heart out well I wouldn't worry, Unexplained and apparently unimportant troponin elevations occur frequently in medicine and the meaning of them remains unclear.
