myocardial bridging or what else could cause it?

I am a fit slim healthy eater who has never smoked or had migrain! My parents lived into their mid 90's........I am 67 years old. Everyone was surprised when I was told I had had at least one heart attack!..............I underwent a coronary angiography on 8th Jan 2008. This demonstrated about 20-30 0/0 atheroma in the mid LAD with possible myocardial bridging. The circumflex coronary artery was normal . The right artery was normal. In summary I have almost normal coronary artery with slightly sluggish flow. Mt Tropinin T levels were negative at time of admission. My ECG showed a ventricular rate of 55 bpm with slight segment sagging in V4, V5, V6........... My cholestrol was 5.4..............  Have you any idea why (other than the possibility of myocardial bridging) my first echocardiogram showed slight impairment of left ventricle with inferior hypokinsis........... I have had a second echocardiogram a month ago and await the result. From the internet I learned that I should not take nitrates if I have myocardial bridging........... Prior to that I was told use a nitrate spray if I had arm or chest heaviness (which was an indication that my heart was complaining)
