These results are due to the TOF correction surgery and as your doctor said nothing to be overly alarmed about. In simple terms they mean:
1. Abnormal septal motion. - wall between the sides of the heart moves differently than expected - common in post-op hearts.
2. Dilated right ventricle with moderate right ventricular dysfunction.- big right side of the heart that has some decrease in strength.
3. Prominant right ventricular outflow tract aneurysm.(reaaly curious about that.) - Sack like outpouching probably due to the surgery.
