need explanation on results-meanings

On 9/22 I had some follow-up tests done for my heart condition. Post-op tof, and leaking pulmonary and ticuspid valve disease. I was just wondering if you could explain in lamins terms what these results mean.And where they fall on a scale of severety or not.
1. Abnormal septal motion.
2. Dilated right ventricle with moderate right ventricular dysfunction.
3. Prominant right ventricular outflow tract aneurysm.(reaaly curious about that.)
I did not know of these results until recently, so I could not ask my doctor about them when I was there. Is there any concern at this point? He says not, should I seek another opinion?
My pulmonary and tricuspid valve are still at 2+ regurg. He says I will have heart failure, before they probably leak more, and thats when I will have the valve replaced. I apologize of the lenghth of this. But, I am a 31yr. old female a little concerned.

These results are due to the TOF correction surgery and as your doctor said nothing to be overly alarmed about. In simple terms they mean:
1. Abnormal septal motion. - wall between the sides of the heart moves differently than expected - common in post-op hearts.
2. Dilated right ventricle with moderate right ventricular dysfunction.- big right side of the heart that has some decrease in strength.
3. Prominant right ventricular outflow tract aneurysm.(reaaly curious about that.) - Sack like outpouching probably due to the surgery.
