need to know

my dad had a heart attack this wed that just past, and he had to have cpr for a long period of time and he has not woke up yet, whats the chance my dad did not get any brain damage, and how long do u thik it would take to recover if he may not have

It would depend on how long his brain was not getting sufficient oxygen I believe.  I am sorry for your angst during this distressing situation.  I recommend you also try your post in the heart forums.
