neurocardiogenic syncope

by pookyhug, Oct 08, 2007 04:36PM
I am 35, was diagnosed in 2001. Pressure dropped to 70/30 in 11 minutes on the tilt table. I cannot take Florinef as it caused gross edema of both legs. I also have a mitral valve prolapse. I take Pindolol 10mg BID for the MVP. I am supposed to take Proamitine 10mg q 6 hr, but my insurance no longer covers this med and frankly, I cannot afford it. Are there any alternitives to this medicine? Thank you.
