nighttime coughing
Is nighttime, annoying dry cough normal, two days post-op of pacemaker placement?

It depends on if you were intubated (breathing tube), what meds you are currently on, etc.  It is not a well-known side effect, but it sounds benign.  If it doesn't resolve in a few days contact the physician that put the pacemaker in and let them know.  Best of luck.
