nosymptoms of heat disease but ecg and echo positive

admitted  after pain in left arm of long duration at 3am in heart speaciality hospital escorts in delhi. ecg and echo ecg positive for mi but no symptoms such as breathlessness. chest pain.perspiration any type.Angio done after 5 hrs .no sinificant blokage detected.20-30% blokage in artry near la junction minor plaque.angio report- rca origin from l sinus.. otherwise every parameter normal no clinical symptoms. all clinical bio tests negative for  c .heart disease. angio report-aorti pressure 130/80. levpd pre-12mmhg,posd 16mmhg, ef 60%. lv angio done in lao view shows no rwma,. cornary angio- origin normal,dominance rca, lmca normal lad normal, lcx- normal rca -normal. summary- noncritical cad /lv normal, rca origin from L sinus. recommendation medical therapy.
this second episode. angio report 2005 same except 20% blokage at la junction. all report on tmt negative . no physical symptoms. can do exercise on treadmiill for 1 and half hour without any fatigue. heart risk caculated 2%. extra artry from behind also . need avice. unable to understand why chd dignosed. why ecg is positive for chd. age 45. no diseases worth name. unable to understand why ecg show heart attack/ positive.what are the reasons for abnomality. what to do further.report is for my son.
