nuclear cardiac stress tes

My recent nuclear cardiac stress test shows the following results. What does this mean? Is this something to worry about?
• Myocardial perfusion images show a mild inferior and Lateral scar versus artifact. The post stress left ventricle normal in size
• Post-stress ejection fraction is 87 %. Global left ventricular systolic function is normal
• Exercise capacity 13 METS. Exercise capacity is normal
• Analysis of post exercise quantitative gated SPECT images shows a normal pattern of systolic thickening and normal wall motion in all region

Thank you in advance.

I agree, if you can reach 13 METS and have an EF of 87%, that means your heart is pretty healthy. Shoot, I work out at 13 METS and I like to think I'm pretty healthy:) The only negative statement is that there is a scar but it is referred to as mild so it could be an imaging issue or of no consequence.

Words like mild and normal, 13 METS mean your heart health is very healthy.  The report suggests a very healthy heart.
