nuclear test with the shot

anyone did this test where you dont run treadmill you just get the shot?  what did you feel after the shot thank you .

iI personally have not had that test, but a niece of mine had it recently......she related to me tht she felt pains, tingling, all sorts of things......I can't remember exactly, but she said they kept assuring her that all her symptoms were not unusual......she suffers from anxiety, and the techs were aware of that..........she didn't mention any after effects at all, and  has seemed just fine afterwards.......I hope this second-hand info helps.....

Many times I'm still to talk about it! They inject a chemical into the arm your heart feels like it is racing and your BP goes up, The reason for this is you probably can not due a Regular Treadmil Stress Test. Simple you can stop it at any time just like a regular test except it is with Caffene (Regular coffee or Coke Pepsi etc.) same reults althought the treadmil is the best of the two

My doctors will not let me do a treadmill, I have to do the chemical stress test. Pretty much like Rich0314 stated they give you a shot through IV to put stress on your heart.  They did not use caffene with me, I think they used dopamean or something like that.

I had that and I started having chest pains.  One tech wanted to stop the test, but the other said I had almost reached my goal.  It wasn't too bad.  A little strange as you are lying there and your heart starts beating so fast.  I wasn't given any caffiene either.  Just the IV drip.

i think i try to walk it i rather do that then put another drug in my body to mess with my anxiety
