numbness left side of the face

I HIT RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE AGAINST A POLL ON THE STREET A YEAR AGO. MY HEAD WENT TOO FAR TO THE LEFT SIDE (IT STOP THE TRAFFIC WITH THE NOISE IT MADE, DONT LAUGH, IT WAS VERY PAINFULL). NOW I HAVE DIZZY SPELLS,  NUMBNESS OF THE LEFT SIDE OF FACE, HEADACHES, EAR  DISCONFORT, HORSENESS OF MY VOICE . SOOO....WHAT'S GOING ON ?

I suspect that you probably have a neuropathy on that side of the face from trauma to the nerves that supply the area. You may have also had damage to the inner ear and that is probably why you are having dizzy spells. I suspect this is not secondary to any cardiac issues. Maybe you can post this in the neurology section.
