numerous symptoms

48 year old man with mixed connective tissue disease based on high ANA reading.Here are my current symptoms:
I started having pvc's in March of 2005' after a very stressful time at work.I pretty much feel all of them right in the center of my upper stomach just below chest cavity.I also have to take deep breaths which I have had off and on
over a 5 year period.I have it for awhile and then it goes away.It's not really shortness of breath.I walk alot and have
no problem,just taking deep breaths.I have very slight discomfort in left arm and shoulder sometimes right shoulder.
It's not pain or a ache just a strange feeling.I seem to get alot of quick pain jolts around my heart.It lasts for about
1 second then goes away.I also get these pin ***** feelings in upper chest kind of like in the muscles.I burp alot
which seems to get rid of them.also get alot of gas around heart area and ribs(left side.)I do not smoke and am not
overweight.I also have a great appetite and lots of energy.Anyone with similar symptoms.Can pvc's cause these other
symptoms.I would appreciate any feedback.Thank you.

Wondering if this is acid reflex.  Acid reflex can have some severe symptoms and can lead to cancer if untreated.  Prilosec works great for this by decreasing the acid made.  I found that with myself if I take Prilosec for only 2 weeks, that it solves my acid problem for about 3 months before I have problems again.  Prilosec is over the counter now.  It can make you feel kind of not too well and give you somewhat of flu symptoms but it does fix the problem and help.  It was worth it to me.
