pain between shoulder blades

I had pain between shoulder blades. cardiolgist in 1998 said it was angina.had triple bypass.
developed shorthness of breath afterwards . and pain still existed. in 2008 did a cardio nucular stress test.there
were no blockages. yet the thobbing pounding back pain still existed. Now cardiolgist said the pain is not cardio.
gastro doctor found nothing. MRI shows nothing. Unable to do any activity with pain.
I now wonder if its a lung problem/ because of the shortness of breath
