pain left side

Hi everyone again.  I just wanted to ask I have severe pain just below my left armpit sort of at the very side of my left breast.  The pain hurts when I move  but when still there is no pain.  Do you think this is just muscular, it came on about 2 hrs ago and the only thing i have done today is pick my son out of the car.  No pain in middle of chest or down left arm.  No pain on right side either.  Oh and its sort of in my left shoulder as well but only when im moving

My "Guess" is that its muscular.  I would go to the doctor and have him/her check it out.  It doesnt sound like a cardiac issue or else you would have more generalized pain in the chest and arms, etc.

Go to the doctor, get it checked out.  Its better to be safe than sorry! :)
