pain

by 03591, Dec 08, 2008 08:06PM
I had a cardiac cath on Friday for chest pain radiating into my back and in my left arm. I am still experiencing chest pain with some radiation to my back and left arm, and now more pronouced shortness of breath of exertion. I was told my coronaries artery were clear.

I am worried, scheduled for a echocardiogram and vq scan tomorrow. I have taken percocet for pain and xanax for my nerves, but still feel like ****.

Any suggestions?

You may have to look in a different direction as to what is causing the pain.  I wonder if it's your ribs out of joint.  You may want to see a chiropractor.  Ribs out of joint can be painful and they can become out of joint from just coughing.  When ribs are out of joint usually it hurts to breath in and out in your chest and back.
