palpitation SOB hemoptysis sputum ?cancer?PPH?heart failure.dying. -v. scared

1.Palpitation together with chest pressure immediately comes on when doing minimal exertion (eg just standing up from sitting for a long time or walk a few steps),
2.palpitation with difficulty breathing on lying down or turn body,
3.palpitation during coughing.
4. chest tightness ALWAYS (every second) and difficulty taking EVERY breath
5. increasing sputum esp in the morning. hemoptysis.
6. throat always full of sticky mucus that need clearing day and night.
7. when about to sleep,  my chest suddenly feel pounding and discomfort, which awakens me. i heard that it could be symptoms of heart failure.
I am 31 F, I am very scared and worried. Can you suggest what investigations should i go for? I am scared of Cancer, pulmonary hypertension, pathology of lung. Have i now got heart failure?
I experienced more blood and more sputum and more breathlessness/difficulty breathing during past month (symptoms started 3 years ago). I had echo, x-ray, PFT, ECG done a year ago. I am ANA positive. My condition definitely deteriorated. Were the tests done a year ago inaccurate and miss out something sinister? Oh I am really really scared.

God bless everyone.

Zoe,

Im sorry you still are having such problems.

Alot of people have a positive ANA without any real disease. Important components of an ANA are what titre it is positive at and what pattern it is positive for.

To tell you the truth, you are not going to get the answers you need from this forum. Given the systemic nature of your symptoms and the possible ANA positivity, you should start to look for answers with a rheumatologist.

i hope this helps.

Hello Zoe,
-
All these things can be scary.
But don't tell yourself you're dying!!!
You're not!
If you tell yourself often enough you're dying, you for sure shall!
Take life into your hands and be more active finding out what's wrong with you health.
You will not find it here.
Go for it.

Good luck   -   *Ianna*
