palpitations, loop recorder

I'm wearing a 2 lead event monitor right now, I keep having these random isolated palpitations that feels like something is rolling over in my chest for about 2 seconds.     But occasionally the rolling in my chest lasts as much as 5-10 seconds and causes me to blackout but i have never completely 100% fainted (probably would have once if i hadn't laid down immediately in the middle of a store).     Event monitor did catch one of the shorter ones that didn't make me faint (the fainting ones are not often).     But the heart clinic called and said just to come see an EP in a few weeks, but it's not looking dangerous.     I'm still worried about this obviusly, can you tell me what it sounds like to you?
Funny enough it seems like food high in fat, especially red meat, will agrivate this.    My hemoglobin is high, but just a little.    My echocardoigram and chest xray are normal tho.

I am assuming that they saw some extra heart beats or maybe a supraventricular arrhythmia (SVT).  I am almost certain that there was no evidence of ventricular arrhythmia (the dangerous type) because you would most certainly be told to go to the ER and likely be admitted for further evaluation.  you should see your EP doctor as scheduled.

PS--- I'm a 35 yr old male,  I had an abnormal stress test,  (electrically normal, but showed abnormal anterior hypokinesis),  but them my cath was clean as a whistle

Any ideas on why the perfusion was abnormal but then my cath was good?

Positional changes sometimes effect the palpitations as well.  But that's not the sole cause.

looking at my ECG tracing on the loop recorder,   it appeared that  two of the taller spikes were much closer together during a palpitation.   Comments please?
