so sorry you had to join this group but welcome, i have had them for over 30 years and they are no fun, threw the years they have cost me lots of sleepless nights, times of being in home and lots of time lost with friends and family, i have been scared to get to dfar from home most my life so we don't travel.
mine come and go, but sometimes they come for 24/7 and are every other heart beat so so scary, i have the flutter/ skips/ hard beats /fast beats/ etc and lots of anxiety to go with them
been on a bb for years it helps but none stops them , they have a mind of their own
they say stress causes them, foods etc etc, i have never been able to pin point why mine start or what stopped them
so i feel your pain. easy to say but just keep living your life, your heart has checked out healthy like all of ours, just extra beats they say
mine are pacs been recorded many times , do you know which ones yours are.
Palpitations are rapid, thumping or fluttering feelings that people experience in the left-hand side of the chest, usually above the nipple. Some people say their heart feels like its racing; others say their chest hurts, thumps or flutters. Usually this sensation is caused by a heart rate that is faster than usual for your age, gender and level of fitness. Occasionally, the feeling is due to an irregular heart rate.
