I'm sorry to hear she's having such a hard time after the surgery. As with any surgery, there are risks and going into the heart really disrupts the body functions. For now there's nothing you can personally do except visit her. She may not be responsive but she can hear your voice, feel your touch and that will help. She needs the constant care from the hospital but she also needs to know she's not alone. The doctors will do all they can to maintain her kidney function until it kicks back in on its own.
