Unfortunately there are no reliable methods of percutaneously repairing subaortic stenosis.  Surgery is the definitive therapy.  Balloon valvuloplasty isn't even an option in these patients.  There are some exciting new percutaneous methods for aortic valve replacement, but true subaortic stenosis does not have a good percutaneous repair option.  Please discuss surgical options with your physician if this is truly a problem.

Best of luck to you.
