plavix helping my migraines

i have been on plavix for 18 months after having three stents inserted, i suffer from migraine and the severity on the almost constant pain diminished, iwas told by my doctor to come of plavix and after 12 days the pain came back to the same severity went back on them and the pain reduced after about 10 days, itold the doctor the same but she still insisted that i came of plavix,i have tried numerous medicines conventional and alternative bot no relief ,this past 18 months is the only time i have had ant respite with the headaches,could there ba a neurological connection.
