pls explain the medical terms on my xray

the result of my Xray is this. The heart is slightly enlarged with a CT ratio of.53. Atheromatous aorta.  Slight cardiomegaly. Aorta is tortuous. slight scoliosis thoracic spine.  I am also diagnosed to have toxic goiter. Can anyone please help me explain  more about my health condition?  Is the enlargement of the heart with that rate dangerous?
what is cardiomegaly and tortuos aorta mean?  Does my slight scoliosis or my toxic goiter have caused the heart problem? what should i do?

I checked my x-ray last year and i found out that it had the same findings about my slightly enlarged heart.  Only the CT Ratio was.52 last year and this time it is .53. What does this indicate?  my blood pressure is 130/90 which is still Normal.  Is there any possibility of heart attack to this condition of my heart?  there are times when i feet so nervous without apparent cause is his due to the thyroid?  again, I appreciate so much any explanation you can give. thank you very much

thank you very much for the additional information.
actually, I had my blood test already (T3 T4) and these are the results. T3  is 2.21 (.8 to 1.9 normal range) T4 is 14.1 9 (5 to 13 normal range) both are above the normal limit.  But the TSH is just .15 far below the normal range which is .4 to 5.5.  What is TSH and what does this indicate?  The doctor gave me an anti-thyroid medicine to be taken 2x a day for 2 months and advised me to have another T3 &T4 blood test on November.  Is Toxic thyroid hard to cure?  Are there some types of food that i need to avoid?  thank you very much for any medical advise that you can offer.

Firstly, you need an echo scan asap. Second the GOITER is a thyroid problem which can affect the working of your heart. This can be triggered by Iodine, the contrast sometimes used in CT scans and Angiography. You need to have blood tests to evaluate the function of your thyroid gland. Thirdly, your spine is abnormally curved, compared to anyone else. It could for example have a slight curve to the left or right. This will not cause the heart issue.
Your heart is enlarged, either the Atria or ventricles, or both. This is why an echo scan is required to establish exactly WHAT is enlarged and the degree.
cardiomegaly is just a term which means enlarged heart.
So, 1=echo scan soon, 2=blood tests for thyroid function.

Until you have the thyroid checked, I would avoid ANY Iodine being put into your blood for scans etc. The echo scan will use no chemicals and is totally non-invasive.
